Until Dawn, Survival Horror Finally Gets A Release Date

Its been quite some time since we’ve received an update on the upcoming, PS4 exclusive, survival horror title Until Dawn.

However we’re in luck this Terrifying Tuesday as Sony has posted an update on their blog that includes the newest trailer and some great news.

This trailer is a great reminder that Until Dawn is promising to be an innovative entry in the survival horror genre. However I still have my questions regarding the gameplay and flow, but its safe to say I’m still pretty excited.

The trailer also revealed the newest cast member to the game Peter Stormare, you might recognize him from; Prison Break, The Big Lebowski and Arrow.

According to Pete Samuels, Executive Producer at Supermassive Games “He gave some incredibly powerful performances in the motion capture studio and you can tell from the end result in the game that he had some fun with the character. We couldn’t be happier to have him in the games and I can’t wait for you to see him in full flow.”

You will be able to determine the fate of eight friends starting on Tuesday, August 25th!

If you’re itching to get your hands on Until Dawn you can pre-order it from today, so that you’ll be able to play from day one and you’ll unlock a special bonus scene for free! This exclusive scene sees Matt and Emily, a new couple, out on the mountain – but it’s not long until they start to suspect they aren’t alone.

As we’re quickly approaching August Sony & Supermassive Games have promised to keep us posted on the progress and keep us looking forward to Until Dawn.
