LVR Studio is thrilled to announce the Kickstarter campaign for Pangaea: New World, an innovative post-apocalyptic, open-world, action MMO that, at its core, is a survival, sci-fi shooter.
Honored by the overwhelmingly positive response to the game following the official announcement, LVR Studio is counting on the support of the fans to make their Kickstarter campaign as successful as their Steam Greenlight campaign.
The future of Pangaea: New World is in your hands. In order to make the game a reality on current gen platforms, they need to hit their $250,000 base goal to complete the game and release it on PC, Mac, PS4 and Xbox One at the end of 2016.

The Story
This new world of the post apocalyptic event of the failed attempt to destroy the alien Ark has left behind a brutal world that is a struggle for survival. The game requires each participant to develop their character by building and incorporating better weapons and equipment to explore new territories either alone or in cooperative groups of friends.
There are fierce battles along the way with random opponents that may be encountered on the road while exploring uncharted territories. There will be a wide array of complex tasks that must be accomplished sometimes in groups and sometimes alone. There will be intense battles against marauding bandits for control of the territory.

-Survive the horrors of the post-apocalyptic world: Venture exploring alone or with your friends, fight terrifying monsters, upgrade your weapons and armor, and try not to get demolished by mysterious anomalies.
-Cooperate, trade, fight with other players and take on dynamic quests: No matter how strong you are, sometimes, it is impossible to survive the horrors of the wicked world without using help from other people. In Pangaea: New World, you can join factions and groups, craft and trade goods and thus affect universal economy, and take on unique quests that will make your gameplay experience different from everyone else’s.
-Explore huge areas: The game world consists of massive territories that span 90 square kilometers, which you can explore seamlessly without any loading screens. Even though the world is persistent for everyone, some players may never even meet each other as the scope of the game is so massive and the transportation across wilderness is so difficult and dangerous.
-Learn consequences to your every action: The backbone of the world of Pangaea: New World is the smart ecosystem that brings logic and structure to the game’s flora and fauna. Kill an animal, and this action might forever affect the population of the world and survival of species.
Pangaea: New World is being built with the cutting edge technology of Unreal Engine 4and utilizes next generation visuals and physics systems. The game is being simultaneously developed for PC and Mac and the demanding gaming audience of these platforms, as well as PlayStation 4 and Xbox One with full support for consoles’ input methods and interfaces.LVR Studio is the certified developer for both console platforms and is working closely with both Sony and Microsoft.
The game is planned to be released at the end of 2016.
