Xbox Reveals The Newest Xbox 360 Titles To Become Backwards Compatible On The Xbox One

Microsoft has been determined to prove the Xbox One is the definitive gaming machine in the console Wars, they’ve made great strides in 2015 and aren’t showing any signs of slowing down any time soon. So far their crowning achievement has been the addition of backwards compaitability to the Xbox One, this is something their primary competitor has opted not to do.

Fan feedback has been essential in making Xbox One Backward Compatibility a reality, and they’re continuing to listen. Based on fan feedback, the Xbox Engineering team will start to pilot a new way to launch Xbox One Backward Compatibility titles. Minecraft: Story Mode Episode 4 “A Block And A Hard Place” Is Coming Soon

Today we can share this  all-new trailer for  ‘A Block and a Hard Place,’ the fourth episode in Minecraft: Story Mode: A Telltale Games Series.

The episode will be available digitally worldwide starting Tuesday, December 22nd on PC and Mac from the Telltale Online Store, Steam, and other digital distribution services, on the PlayStation Network for PS4 & PS3, on the Xbox Games Store for Xbox One & Xbox 360, for compatible iOS devices via the App Store, and for compatible Android-based devices via Google Play and the Amazon Appstore. The episode will also be available the same day for season pass disc owners via online update. 

The season premiere is also now available on Windows 10  via the Windows Store for the first time. Additional episodes will be available in the coming weeks.

Last month Microsoft launched one of the most requested features for the Xbox One, Backwards Compatibility. With an initial set of more than 100 titles, today they’ve announced the newest batch of Xbox 360 games to become Playable on the Xbox One.

Since launch on Nov. 12, fans have been enjoying Xbox 360 games on Xbox One for the first time ever, logging more than 9 million hours spent playing Xbox 360 games on Xbox One.
