Techland’s Dying Light: The Following – Enhanced Edition will expand its game world with a brand-new region more than twice the size as the original game. On top of new characters, enemies and quests, the new map — called Countryside — is bringing in new environments, locations and secrets, some of which players can see in the newest trailer.
‘We made sure the new region is full of diverse environments that allow for both driving and free-running. The creation is courtesy Steam user Cabozzl who designed and created the unique custom map all on his own. Psyop Games and IllFonic are collaborating on a new team-based, competitive first person shooter, Moving Hazard, set 50 years after the collapse of civilization due to a fast-moving and unstoppable zombie plague. In this world, however, the zombies aren’t the main enemies, but instead lethal assets that can be weaponized to the player’s advantage using a variety of clever strategies and in-game devices.

Earlier this year Techland started a health-oriented campaign on social media under the hashtag #DrinkForDLC, encouraging people to drink water and stay hydrated.
The fan response exceeded all expectations: the hashtag reached more than 15 million people and resulted in over 15 000 creative photos and videos of fans drinking water, not counting other expressions of support.
As a thank you to the fans for their involvement, the development team designed additional free content for the game. Today Techland has detailed the contents of a three-part DLC pack that all Dying Light players will receive free of charge.
